If you drop the last name would you regret it later?
I only ask because I changed my full name first time around. One day I reflected back on myself and thought I was a real heel for doing so. I am very proud of my family and heritage, so after a week of beating myself up I changed full name again to include my real last name. First name was close to birth name and middle was in honor of one of my relatives.  I was glad I changed back because I felt untrue to myself.

So that is my input, it may or may not apply to you but thought I should share just in case.

I think the first option sounds/flows better, but choose whatever makes u feel more comfortable.
