So quick update. Last Tuesday I walked into the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and had my sex marker changed from male to female. It is now possible in Florida to have this done pre-op with a letter from your attending physician, so I did for several reasons I won't get into here. I had no issues getting it done and no one gave me any sort of grief. In fact, they were downright nice.
In other news, I also now have a girlfriend (and my ex has a boyfriend). My life continues on as I look forward to my surgery date. Catch you all down the road.
