I get my letter Wednesday!!!

I have been going to therapy since June and I get my letter Wednesday!!!! I now need a CPT code to pay for the letter, and find a Dr. that will code the hormone testing as Unspecified Endocrine Disorder. Cigna has deemed the GID code acceptable for mental health but for blood work it would be deemed "cosmetic".  It was quite hilarious to specifically ask the lady from benefits about a certain code and hear her response, or trying not to respond inappropriately! "So are you trying to have a surgery or something? Because why would you need blood work? Are you trying to make a switch or something?"
