Premarin cream (or any estrogen cream topic down there)?

Hi everyone!

I somehow got curious about the use of Premarin cream (or any other estrogen based cream, since there's no Premarin cream in Finland  :P ) down there after SRS. Apparently some surgeons do recommend the use of it, while others don't mention anything. Is there any benefit? I know in cis-woman it can help against dryness, would it be effective for us as well?

what you think?

Thanks!

everything I've heard about it was about keeping things happy (post recovery dilation aid by keeping the lining flexible) and for reduced problems when it comes to maintaining hormone level.

other then that, I've not heard of much because of the anatomy difference in post surgery trans women.

My surgeon and doctor did prescribe an estrogen cream (just estradiol) that I put on the tip of my dilator once a day to help soften things. I think it has helped some.
