T payed for healthcare then moving to another country.

So i had my first gender councilling yesterday, have never felt so comfortable. But i have a question for those on Testosterone.
I'm not on it yet, but i am able to go on it prettysoon, and because i'm poor, my healthcare/centerlink can pay for the most of it i'm sure.
Now the problem is that, someone might pay for a flight for me to go over to America to go and see my Girlfriend again, but if i go over there, do i have to pay for my own testosterone?
Also i'm a little curious on what the AVERAGE price would be of a bottle of T, like, how much all of you pays for.
