Stay hydrated! The spiro is kicking my butt - I thought I was doing pretty well, but it appears I am a little dehydrated. My lips are dry and peeling all the time and I'm sluggish and tired, as well as a few other symptoms that may not be appropriate to say.

You may think your taking in sufficient liquids, but there is a good chance that you're not. So do yourself a favor and drink water like crayzay.

I try to drink water whenever I can, especially before electrolysis.

It sucks how much I have to pee though. The stuff just goes right through me.

The year I was taking Spiro, I was drinking so many cups of water at work each day, I'd have to take a bathroom break every hour, if not more often.  It's good for you, and the frequent walks back and forth to the bathroom is good exercise, anyway.

too much spiro will cause you to have zero t.  It happened to me off an average dose and it was like that for 3 months, and I could feel it all the way down to my bones.  Maybe you just need to adjust your dose...well, you should always drink as much water as possible

Coffee is also a diuretic so Spiro and coffee equals lots more water to keep hydrated and more loo calls to get rid of it. At least the family will remeber to keep the seat down

just at work, I will suck down a bottle of melon powerade and 2 cans of either lemonade or fruit punch. I I dont drink the powerade, then i get severe cramping in my legs when I sleep.

That is what I was afraid of. Been peeing sitting down for almost a year. I never dreamed I would be the one bit**ing about the set being up. I fell in last week and got my a** wet.
