I use a nipple STP I made at home, I hate using it with my packer because the only tubing I can find is vinyl , which it stiff and gives me a permaboner. But using it on it's own, it's not bad. It's not my ultimate solution, when I have more money set aside I plan on getting a Peecock. The biggest issue with using the nipple STP is that there's no hope in using a urinal unless you're 99%-110% sure no one will walk in - like when there's only one urinal in a small bathroom and the place is about to close. Otherwise the stall is your best bet, and often those things are clogged up and nasty. >.<
I have not used the medicine spoon, some guys will swear by it but I personally have my reservations. I've had amazing success with Snee-Kee by Pee-Zee or whatever.

They come with latex tubing online, which is really flexible so you'll probably have better luck than I have with my vinyl one. If you're unsure which style to go for you can go to your drug store and pick up a cheap baby bottle nipple (go for 6-9 months, not the 3 month - I find it's too small) - they shouldn't be more than 5 bucks. And I believe medicine spoons come free at the pharmacy? if not they'd be cheap. And tubing you can find at any hardware store - if they have latex tubing then you're pretty much set and don't need to order online. If they only have vinyl than I'd suggest just using it to try out your STP styles and then order online. That way you can pack with your STP and use it at a urinal. (practice first though lol)
