You might try to tell her your nipples are starting thurt because of the chaffing. She should sympothise with that. If you are in therapy and I think you must be to be on hormones at your age you need to talk about this with them so they can help you with your mother. Otherwise its double t-shirts for you until you can borrow one from a close friend or get your mother to help.

I had a look at the sports bras on the M&S website and they look rather nice.

I can go to Ross/Marshall's or any discount place and find a bra for around $6.  For a good one, maybe $10.  I find it hard to imagine that a high school student can't get a hold of 6 to 10 dollars.  Really.
