My thoughts and best wishes are with Largo City Manager Steve Stanton at this time when he needs all the understanding he can get.

I hope that there are enough people in Largo who will try and learn something about "gender reassignment" - yes, that's a legitimate term - so they can make the decision that this person will be the same competent human being that has been serving Largo in the past. If he wasn't competent before, he won't be now, nor will he be less so.
