Neither - I originally had Aldea booked but they closed for refurbishment so I had to find somewhere new. Gaudalpin Banus was suggested by Facial Team but it was pretty expensive (considering November is the off season) and miles away from everything except the hospital.
I picked a beach hotel (Amare) in central Marbella - the post surgery care has been fine - I've not really needed much tbh - they added acupuncture in my hotel which was so so, going for hair washing today and getting stitches out tomorrow.
My body handled the surgery pretty well so I'm not really sure what more care I would have needed even if I had been staying in a health resort.
