Call 9-1-1, I'm stuck in a corn maze?

It happened right here in Massachusetts, a couple and their child couldn't find their way out and called the police. The worst part is hearing the husband repeatedly calling "Hello K9" to guide the dog in, the best part is the dispatcher asking "Sir, how old are you?" The 9-1-1 call is on the internet. People can be so pathetic!

And the best part is, when they called 911 they were less than one minute away from getting out of the maze!  ::)

Yeah, and a note to criminals: If the police send a dog after you, wait until it gets close, then shout "Hello K9!" The dog will greet you in a friendly manner and lead you to safety!

They didn't think to just walk though it in a straight line? Stuff the corn!

How can I tell you've never walked through a living corn field?  It's not that easy.  Corn leaves are fairly sharp and will shred cotton clothing pretty fast.

That being said, I hate police interference in a perfect Darwin moment.

So now a local zoo lost two of their zebras, and I thought, hopefully they wander into the corn maze. NOTHING escapes the corn maze!
