I've checked out the underworks stuff and related 'pro' equipment, but found them all not
very comfy, making me aware of the effort it takes to ignore 'them', thus constantly reminding
me of them. Just recently I came across an incredibly simple solution, and even cheaper than
anything on the market: underpants! The sort that flattens the tummy and lifts the bum. They're
really good quality, very breathable, and you hardly notice them when you're wearing them, as
if you had a naturally flat - e g male - chest! I've always hated bras, and even sports bras enhance
your breasts, so that wasn't a solution either. On the other hand, i didn't want to do damage to
my body as it is now (and if it hurts, damage is just the next step imo).
So what I did was the following: 1) bought a pair of granny's shape shifting pants (they go under various
titles;)) the cheapest over here in Europe are around 4 EUR!!!!! They can go higher if you like, but
why? I've only started trying out several brands and materials, so I start with the cheap ones.
2) cut off the legs (they have short legs but not like normal panties, so you've got to cutt off a couple
of inches to make your arms fit through comfortably without irritating the armpits)
3) cut off the middle section (often covered with an additional layer of sanitzing material/fabric or whatever,
anyway, cut that part out and then go down the seam (there usually is a double seam running down the
middle) on either side of it, don't cut the seam itself;I did that at my first attempt and later that day
experienced an embarrassing ripping apart of the entire thing, thank God I was the only one who noticed
and I was wearing a wide shirt;) So you get some sort of tank top shape. Do the same to the back if
you don't want the tthing to be visible unless you're wearing shirt&tie or turtle necks.
I used the bum side of the pants on the front, they have a more flattening effect. All in all, really amazing
result for hardly any money at all. SIze wise, i chose the size I would have if I'd wear the pânts as is.
Funnt though I'm definitely pre-T, the woman at the check-ou gave me a rather strange look...mhhh, why
could that be?
