It's been quite a while since I've made a post.  I've been very busy working hard on myself and improving and increasing my knowledge of gender issues.  I have made some wonderful friends along the way that have helped me more than you could imagine.  You know who you are. :)  I have attended trans- gender support groups, I have talked and learned from the people who deal with GID every day.  I have opened my eyes and my heart in many ways.

I never gave up on Erin because I knew somewhere down deep inside of me that she loved me, but I hurt her with my lack of knowledge and acceptance.  When you truly love someone, you don't give up without a fight.  You do everything in your power to show that person what they mean to you.  That's exactly what I did.

In doing this, I have proven to Erin that I truly and deeply love who for the beautiful person she is, inside and outside.  I'm happy to say that we are back together in a loving relationship.  I'm happier than I 've ever been in my life.

I applaud your efforts!!!! I am doing the same for my Jill, it has only been 4 or 5 months, but I have researched such as you have and have the same attitude as you do. I have told ppl at my work about my partner. They are rather supportive and my mom and dad are pretty cool about it, her parents need some work.. but they are trying. I have seen a better spouse in all of this, so far. We are making plans for our future and what we both would like to obtain. So far, it is looking really good. You have to stay positive and remember, please do not give to much of what you might not be getting back in return. This is a time for our partners to be selfish, I am sure you know this as well, but you and I have to  know when to draw a line.. Keep your head up!!!

Hi, I have not been following your story, but it's wonderful to hear. Congratulations to both of you for sticking it out and really being with each other in good times and bad. It's a bold and courageous solution to what can be a very painful time. Thanks for sharing! H.

Kaylee.

You know the advice, a few of us gave you. I just want to say I am so incredably proud and pleased for you that you have stood your ground, stuck to what you believe and want.

I'm pretty sure I've said this to you in PMs, but I do admire your strength and perserverance.

Take care little love.
