I think it's that one. In the description it says 2 front layers, so I'd assume that means double front. I can't remember the policy about posting links, so it it's not allowed, it's called Underworks Mens Compression Body Shirt Girdle Gynecomastia Shirt and is the first one in search results.

Oh nice.  I have a gift certificate for amazon and didn't know underworks had their binders on it.
