Unable to connect

I just got a new laptop and when I try to connect it will not let me and I do not know why because I have installed java, so if someone could tell me what I need to do for it to work that would be snazzy.

I have left a voice mail and a PM for Susan. I imagine Memorial Day weekend has her extremely busy with work and unable to get to the server farm.
