I've been lurking and reading posts from other people who are in-between in their genders and it's been thrilling for me to realise how many other people are like that, and it's helped me to be able to say something about myself in my introduction. My childhood seems to be like a lot of others here - being a bit different from other little boys both in mind and body and getting made to feel ashamed, but I was lucky because after a miserable time with my parents up to when I was 11, I moved to a new home where they were sympathetic and keen on living as naturally as possible in our present world, and they made me like that style of life myself, which I still do.
Till very recently I didnt really think much about my gender - I was happy working an organic farm and enjoying just being a healthy member of the only hairless species of monkey, and only recently I started thinking more about my gender and reading on the internet and learning new words for things which I realised applied to me. I dont want to be like the guy in the well-known story who read the medical dictionary and found that he had every disease in the book except housemaid's knee, but I'm joining this site because I am ( or maybe just think I am) an androgyne, and may have hypogonadism and/or klinefelters syndrome. These three go together, I guess.
