gah got into a fight with my lady

So my lady and I got into a fight. Our relationship is long distance and she got mad because i told her i was going to move out. She said "why dont you come see me before you move out? you'll have no money"
But she doesn't understand that I need to move out to get on with the next phase of my life. Im in my second year out of high school and I need a change. I can't afford to move where she lives. The killer is that she wont come see me. I even told her i'd pay for everything if she would just come but she won't.
When we were arguing i told her that we should talk about it later because i didnt know what to say and she said "Don't bother - there isnt really anything left to say"

I dont know why she wont come here she always assumes I will come see her and gets mad when Im not able to. Im a year older than her and have to work all the time. It's also not easy for me to get time off. She's in school and gets loads of time off

I feel so guilty though. I hate to do anything to make her sad.

Thats good advice though. I try not to end conversations on a negative note but sometimes i dont know what to say
I told my friend who has been dating her boyfriend for over a year and she said "that's such a typical man response and it PISSES GIRLS OFF!" haha

and to jayr - you would THINK that would be a good reason but i found out she wants to go to rome with one of her friends for a MONTH and she won't come see me at all...

and that's funny you  must drive your gf nuts but in a good way. she can't complain about a boyfriend who's attentive and caring now can she ?
