Apothecary Shops 10 day delay on T?!

I called Apothecary Shops to refill my T and they said that they had had to send out a sample of their T for testing and couldn't fill any orders for it until the test came back. I didn't ask why they had to have their T tested. I know everybody else who has tried to refill for the past couple weeks has gotten the same answer from them. Anybody know why they had to send their T out for testing?? They said there'd be about a 10 day delay before they could mail it out when I called, and that was about 5 days ago. I'm anxious cuz I'm due for my shot Nov 1st and uhhhh....yeah...if it's not here...I'm screwed.

A day or two late for your shot is fine.  You won't lose changes or anything, if that is what you are worried about.

I'm worried cuz I get moody when I'm late. Also worried that they'll just up and quit filling scripts for T, which is unlikely, but yeah.

I doubt they would stop filling T scripts.  They probably needed to do quality control of their T supplies.  Maybe they got a complaint of weak vials or whatever.

I was 8 days late for my third shot because of some paperwork problems and didn't notice any negative effects. As Andy said, try to keep it within a day or two, but being delayed once in a while shouldn't hurt.
