Ello again all.

I've been posting here and there and even though I had a long span of inactivity I thought I would give a few details about myself and see what suggestions I could get.

The photos below show what I look like right now and this is all pre-everything. *The VA is hopefully gonna start my counciling in a few weeks, hoping hoping* but my question is how much will the hormones effect me and how much FFS do you all think I'll need?

I know I still need to work on my weight I'm 250lbs and 6ft even. Hope these pictures will help in the answers I'm seeking.

Here's one my hubby took of me as I just got done wetting down my hair. The brat that he is. :p

This one I was told my smile was fake. :(

And this is the final and best one IMO.

Thanks for all responses as you can imagine how anxious and nervous I am about this.

i agree gadget diet and exercise do not stress ffs until you have been on hrt for 2 years in my opinion then you will have attained its maximum effect  giving your surgeon an idea on what you need you can even probably start shopping around a year in  or so you should have a good idea by then too remember your repeating puberty it takes time another thing you can do is work on facial hair and getting out in female cloths i routinely anymore wear girl jeans and shirts nothing so ridiculous as to make me a target but I'm dressed none the less its about being comfortable as the real you i wear polish on my nails to work now at first it was scary but then only one person asked about it i shrugged it off i don't have to justify myself to them  so now its comfortable for me work on the big and little while hrt does its job

Gadget,

It all depends, but first things first...while you are waiting you can start with the facial hair removal. It looks like all of your facial hair is dark, good because Laser can remove it! The thing to remember about FFS, it Feminizes the face, reshaping bone. As Jesse mentioned it can take up to 2 yrs for the HRT to do its wonders, but it will not recontour/reshape bone.  That aside...start zapping!

Funny thing about the LHR My hubby is suggesting to wait to see what the HRT does before we spend the money for the zap. I can understand his point since we are so strapped for money we make epic beard man look like richie rich. :( But I do want to get it done.

You will need to get it done if you want the Hair, facial and body, permanently removed HRT or not. But better to be able to have the LHR treatment every 6-8 wks consistently. So...it will be later!

Unfortunately LHR is going to be necessary regardless, as HRT alone seems to have little affect on facial hair.  I do not, however, recommend getting LHR anywhere on your body as HRT does have an affect on that over time; though each person is different so LHR may be required on the body eventually, but certainly not a worry right now.  Even further to comment on FFS, since you have plans to lose weight, that may also have an affect on your face, therefore as said, hold off on any worries of FFS.  Keep your priorities to counseling, HRT and LHR on the face first.
