Anyone familiar with Dr Thorp at Park Nicollet Clinic? She was the only Dr I could find that does blood work and will prescribe T on a "payment plan". Kind of dreading how much it will be without insurance.

I go to her for hrt, she's a good doc. as far as insurance, have you tried applying for assistance through the state?
edit: labs cost iirc is something like $120 for total and free T, and a variety of other costs depending on labs ordered.
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

I go to dr. thorp ... she is great.  There is another doctor other's use -- but I don't know his name --- the guys at the Transgroup at the shot clinic could tell you.

You also have bioscript in the cities who will give you the T and needles for $60

I'd like to clarify the last statement about Bioscrip.  You will need a prescription for the T and needles.  I don't think you can come in with $60 and they'll give you the T.  You do need a Dr's. prescription.

I just saw her the other day, she's pretty cool. I just sent in my papers for Minnesota health care, crossing my fingers something came through. Thorp didn't say much about how much everything would be. I was pretty much in and out, I'm sticking with Stroheckers for now. Hoping my bill isn't too steep.
