I don't know about you, but the shots that take the longest are usually the ones I mess up in some way (which usually results in killer muscle cramps for a day or two, but nothing drastic). I've had the same sort of thing happen. I was really anxious, did my shot slowly, and a lot of oil came out. I had no idea how much T was actually in my body so I didn't inject more. That whole week (I do my shots weekly) I was really irritable for no reason and feeling like something was "off", then when I did my next shot I felt fine. So I'm assuming that enough T leaked out that I had a significantly lower level of T than usual, and the hormonal imbalance made me feel pissed off for no reason.

If that happened to me again, I would inject some more T--not a full dose, but a guesstimate of how much spilled out, definitely no more than half a typical dose, just to be on the safe side. I'm not saying you should do that, though. Maybe you should ask your doctor what they think you should do, but my guess is they'll just tell you it will be fine and not to inject any more T until your next scheduled injection.
