Can someone please explain the "Pleasure Rod" to me?

Hello, I have been reading around learning things and figuring things out from this forum, but I am new to the pleasure rod. I have never heard of it. How does it work? What does it look like? I know it some how goes in the back of the prosthetic  but that is all I know. Sorry for the ignorance. Just curious.

a pleasure rod is used to make the packer able to penetrate for sex. so a packer that uses a pleasure rod has a hollow penis. hope this helps.
