OKAY. So today was my birthday and my AWESOME GRANDMA got me a 100 DOLLAR GIFT CARD TO AMAZON.COM...which means she unintentionally paid for my first binder...hehehehe. I AM SO FREAKIN EXCITED RIGHT NOW YOU HAVE NO IDEA. but I have NO IDEA what to do...or where to start...or even what brands work or what sizes to get and it's all so crazy and I AM SO VERY LOST. Can you all help me out? Opportunities like this don't come to me very often so I wanna get this right. I don't have like, OFFICIAL measurements? Or accurate ones...but I wear 36A-34B bras...and if any of you know how to take measurements or have a link to a site that has all this info on it I would forever love you. Thanks for reading and hopefully commenting? I am so happy right now, this is seriously the best birthday present ever...

Also, a friend of mine will let me mail the binder to her address so my parents wont find out. I just...really don't want them to know about this...yet...And on a note that slightly proves my point, I wore masculine clothes to my birthday dinner and my parents were very...weird about it...so yeah. Also the waiter was weirded too...and my grandma...yay for growing up in extremely conservative towns.

Congrats.

Here is how you measure.
Using any Kind of flexible measuring tape:

Measure across the fullest part of the breasts (over the nipple areas and around the back - do not press down!)
Write that number down - This is Measurement # 1
Measure across under the breasts, where the breast crease is (directly under the breasts all the way around the back - pressure OK)  1
Write that number down - This is Measurement #2
Add #1 and #2 numbers together - Write down the result of this addition
Now divide that number by 2
The result of this division is your Final Number - This is your true size
Send us the numbers from #1, #2 and the Final number in your request

Here's a hypothetical example of Joe Blow's measurements:

        Joe's #1 measurement is 38 inches
Joes' #2 measurement  is 34 inches
        38 + 34 inches = 72 inches
        72 inches divided by 2 = 36 inches
Joe's Final Number and his true size is 36"

I'm not entirely sure how much help I will be since I don't actually own a binder yet (Hoping to get one for Christmas!) But yeah. Recently I found out that the binders from underworks.com (Which apparently a lot of people use. I watch A LOT of FTM YouTube videos and most buy theirs from Underworks) are available on Amazon!
http://ftm.underworks.com/
There are all the binders :) Plus there are A LOT of youtube videos that give reviews on binders if you're interested.
Best of luck!

Thanks for all the info guys! And yeah, I think I'm going with the double front in a small. I did check amazon and you(Logan) seem to be right about the stuff they have. They're all "male" binders, and not specifically FtM like they say on the actual site. So I don't know. I might just try and get a friend to help me buy one with their paypal or something...it's a bummer that I wont get to use my giftcard though. But this whole experiences has made me want to actually go out and buy one, so that's good.

Oh, and in case I'm totally off about getting that sized/style binder, here's my measurements:
#1- 37'
#2- 33'
Final#- 35'
