How small have to be your breasts to be candidate to periareolar surgery? Mine are quite small and I know with testosterone they shrink, but I don't know if it will be enough.  Minimizing the scares is very important to me (and to everybody, I guess...)
Oh! and a question for those who have already had top surgery. Did you lose all sensitivity in your nipples?

Hi :) Okay this is DIRECTLY from Dr. Garramone's website
FTM Top Surgery ® Peri-areolar or Keyhole Method
Transgender Surgery FTM Top Surgery ® Peri-areolar or Keyhole Method is usually reserved for FTM patients with very small breasts who have little breast tissue, breast skin that does not sag, or breast skin that is too tight to perform a double incision method. Dr. Garramone may recommend liposuction of the chest first to remove as much breast tissue as possible and then perform an incision along the lower border of the nipple-areolor complex. Through this incision the remaining breast tissue can be removed.

Your surgeon is the only one who can tell you this.

That's a link to before and after pics. I'm sure somewhere in there are pictures of the Keyhole method and you can sort of compare.

Regardless, best of luck! :)

Oh and I have seen a bunch of videos on this and they still have sensitivity but quite a few I have seen that have a numb feeling because it doesn't have as much circulation as before

Can't tell you if your small enough, but to answer your other question, I had peri 4 months ago, one nipple is back to full sensitivity, the other still recovering, but i can tell feeling is about to return. also, my nipples still contracted right from the beginning, still react to cold and everything, still become erect in sexual contexts.

regarding Garramone's pictures, p.24 would still be a candidate for peri with many surgeons, as well as p.36

Depends on the surgeon. Have seen some impressive results for guys who were a pretty good sized B cup before.
Some were huge next to me, yet I think their results look better.

I was actually hoping to lose sensitivity & didn't even care if the nips fell off...but no such luck.

I had a type of keyhole surgery. Very tiny incision above each aveolar and a couple more tiny incisions near armpits.

im wondering the same, I got told to be a small B before T and now I dont know what I am,
however my skin are kinda lose after binding and I also got much tissue, so I woner if it would be best for me not to have keyhole or so,
of corse if I can get out of scars I will but I dont mind scars so much as I mind my cheast not getting all flat, or getting lose with the skin,
so so
