Hey mate, unfortunately you can't target fat loss. Doing cardio exercises will help you trim fat from your whole body though (stuff like running, cycling, swimming, etc). Jason mentioned

For building strength, bench press and deadlifts are 2 key exercises. If you're lacking equipment, just using your own weight in pull ups and push ups can work as well. But just explore around for routines on those 2 sites and find something you can stick with. You get out what you put in.
