me and my fiancee wants to get married as a man and a woman.. is it possible, and if my ID says Male isn't that legit enough to get married as a guy?

From your profile it seems as though you are from Texas.  I thought I remembered something about marriage in TX and a quick google search revealed this:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/04/25/texas-transgender-marriage-rights_n_853183.html

I'm not sure if anything has come of it though.  Also take a look here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_rights_in_Texas#Gender_reassignment

It seems as if, as it stands right now, you could get married using an ID or record of a "sex change" to get married to your fiancee.  But it may not stay that way for long and it may be annulled later.

As long as you've gotten a legal sex change, and it's legit,
They cant really stop you, since you're a man and she's a woman,
They couldn't call it a same sex marriage.

It's not as simple as that. Unfortunately.  I wish to marry my fiancee as well. As a heterosexual couple. However, EVEN if I did change my gender marker, Florida would refuse to accept it as legal. Texas I believe is the same way. I'm not sure about Arizona or other states.

Yeah, Florida sucks... Apparently their reasoning is that, even if we go through everything - hormones, SRS, name change, gender marker change, etc. - and pass 100% of the time as male, we STILL don't count as male; it's STILL considered a same-sex marriage, which isn't legal.

My wife and I were married in Hawaii. I have changed my gender on my drivers liscence as well as with the social security office, I believe that is something required (the SS change). It is legal and all has been fine. I do plan on changing my birth certificate just in case.

Ugh. I was born in Texas sp as far as the birth certificate it is impossible all i can so is am mend it.. it sucks.. but how do i change it with the SS office?

For SS you need a letter from your surgeon (top) worded in a certain way. This changes it at SS which is check for marriage and so on.

I got married in Las Vegas 5 years ago (didn't last...), and just had to give my state-issued ID and social security card. Because I married an mtf woman, we didn't have any problems with the gender markers... I was still legally female, she was still legally male. However, I imagine that if social security and your state license have the same gender marker, and it's the opposite of your partner's, you'd have no problem. Vegas doesn't require a blood test, and it's a pretty easy process to get the marriage license--- I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
