PITTSFIELD

Owen Middleton concealed the gender he truly identifies with from his family for about 17 years.

On Saturday, Middleton and five other Berkshire County youths will stand together to share their experiences of living outside of the gender binary through a 30-minute film project they created together called, "The Truth about Gender: Youth Stories of Gender Diversity." Some youths in the film identify as transgender, while others say they are "gender-neutral."
