Pores and be retracted by rubbing ice on it. But its for a very small time so if you want to get permanent solution then laser laser resurfacing or chemical peel are the option. If you get it done from some good professional no redness or other side effects will be seen.

There are tons of products to help hide/cover large pores, which many cis-females have to deal with as well. Here are some options:

There is a primer I use that actually helps with this problem you can pick it up at Ulta beauty supply it is called Pore professional. It works wonderfully. It looks like this
