Weening off dilation ala Dr Brassard

In Dr Brassards manual it says that you can begin decreasing the amount of times you dilate after one year.  I've gone down to dilating 6 times a day and my plan is to go down one day each month until I am down to once a week.  I'm wondering about how other Brassard patients did it and if you noticed any loss of depth?

It's okay.  I had three fleeting moments of terror where I wondered if I would be chained to my bed with lube in one hand and a dilator in the other for the end of my days.  It's no big deal.

Wonder you are halarious lol lol as a mcginn girl I to do once a day with number 4 ,I have miss a day here and there prob 3 times or so . I go to once a week at 1 yr post ,in just 3 looonnnnggg months ,I too like you Kris will ween down and slowly do 6. Then 5 and so forth ..... Thanks.  I missed yesterday and everything was ok today so I guess I'm down to 5/week now
