Well your happiness (and health) are what counts 🙂 Only you can be the judge of the happiness part, but your health, idk if it is okay for a genetic female to have higher than normal testosterone. I've read a bit on it and haven't seen any terrible effects, but I haven't done any serious research and I'm obviously not a doctor! I'm willing to bet the high T is attributing to the body hair, however. Then again I'm extremely hairy for a woman, and so is my mom and my sister. At least it's not countering the estradiol and giving you acne! Also, if you're on spironolactone, keep in mind that it blocks androgens from binding to androgen receptors... so if you have a 146 testosterone, it is entirely possible that spiro is blocking a good portion of it from actually effecting anything that responds to testosterone.
