in the effect that is. I've always wondered, does taking the doses all at once, at a set time, will it deminimize your effects of hrt? For ex. I take prog spiro and estrodial, all at the same time at 5am in the morning. Then I take it again at 5pm. is there a difference when splitting them up during the day in your changes in how much the hrt helps? If so, what is the best way to split it up?

No, what your doing seems fine - except when it comes to progesterone, natural or otherwise for "natural", as in "micronized", metabolizes and "passes" very quickly leaving "spikes and lows" in daily levels.

Best non-script alt I've found is a "slow absortion" cream (which i apply least twice/day on either breast directly). I understand the otherwise, "non-natural stuff", works in slower / harder but . . . ?
"But it's no use now," thought poor Alice, "to pretend be two people!
"Why, there's hardly enough of me left to make one respectable person!"
