I got worried that VM hadn't been posting, we also pm each other daily and I hadn't heard from her, so I was very concerned. I phoned her a few minutes ago and she is fine, her Internet connection has failed, and she is missing all her friends heaps. She hopes to be back tomorrow or at least soon. She is also buried in snow 20F. In Adelaide it was 37C today, I know where I prefer to be

I also noticed that Virginia hasn't been on recently.

She's one of those who it's difficult to forget.    Crackingly good looking, but with a style that can only be her.

             Cindy,  It is really great that Virginia has such a good friend in you.  So many people are out there that don't have anyone that would call to see if they are okay.    I am most concerned with those of our sisterhood that come into our lives via susan's and other websites that disappear without a trace or a concern beyond a passing thought from any of us.   I worry over them and wonder what I can do for them or myself.   I hope that an angel is looking out for each and everyone of us year round to keep us safe on our journeys.

Also, thank you to Spacial, Connie (Shades), Michelle and Donna for posting and sharing your concerns... I often feel so very isolated and alone, knowing that I have some friends who think about me and care is a good feeling

I was very glad (and relieved) to find my internet had been restored this morning    Today was fairly nice with 40f temp. But of coarse more snow storms are predicted through the week
