Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte said the proposed anti-discrimination ordinance is set to be tackled and the City Council in December.

In His television program "From the Masses, To the Masses" on Thursday, Duterte urged Dabawenyos to participate in proceedings, especially During public hearings, so They could air their side on the matter.
