I don't know, Xander. Maybe you could try one of those penis pumps, but I think that only temporary inflates  the skin.

I'm really surprised that it hasnt been done. They've done hand and face transplants, I cant imagine that it would be much harder to do a genital transplant.

those pumps things work the same way surgeons can stretch half a scalp to cover the whole head in burn victims.  skin stretches and eventually stays at its stretched length.   there is a youtube of an Indian girl who got her burned head fixed like this.

and just remember in a magazine there was article about girl with monster breasts who said she got them in stages as the surgeon used stretch things that made room for progressively bigger implants.

I also read of one guy who stretched his penis to an impressive length by simply tugging it over the stairs bannister... dunno if he was still living at home and had Mothers permission but he said he gained about two inches.

I am not on T and have not tried this myself, nor do I know if it is truly helpful or if it can be harmful in anyway. Do your own research on it before trusting my blind advice. I have heard many transmen using DHT cream directly on their genitals and saying that it helped their growth along.

Ive heard of different things like creams and pumping that supposedly work,but Ive never heard of any giving permanent results unfortunately. Ive never any so I cant give first hand experience.
But on the good side, even though the growth is the most drastic within the first month of T, you still experience increase in size for quite awhile.

I would do the transplant with someone else. I wouldn't mind it was a used part hell mine is use too. Just as long as theres no stds than yeah I'd do it.

I know several guys who pumped and it has worked wonders for them. There is even a youtube on how to make a pump from a big syringe. Or you could buy one from a site. There is a guy on my fb that has pumped for a while and can penatrate his gf with his now.
