Morgan.

I know this is an expected change and a common one for most guys on T, but I'm starting to notice my skin is getting quite oily at the moment and I've never particularly had a problem with acne/access oil/pimples anywhere besides my nose until recently.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on some products/methods that I could use to keep it under control? It can make me quite self conscious on my bad days.

A salicylic acid wash helps and also the ointment for immediate issues. Don't worry your skin will settle down...It's just a case of your hormones re adjusting....

What Lee said. That's what I do. I just get thoes pads that have the salicylic acid on them. I use that with a spot treatment.

Most things I've read about guys skin recommends purchasing a facial wash that is geared towards people with oily skin.
In short, certain active ingredients are key - I noticed washes that contained charcoal, sulfur, and clay as being awfully popular for men's skin for some reason especially when looking at facial bars from numerous sites and random creations by people on Etsy.
This was probably help with the clogged pores in the long run. As for spot treatments, salicylic acid or sulfur usually works. I also use lemon juice sometimes as well.

get some of those round face pads and then mix together about 7-10 drops of tea tree oil and witch hazel and soak the pads in it. The face pads need to be damp, not soaked, then use those to wipe your face off and it should help.

My skin is always oily. Witch hazel is great, but I've had a hard time finding it in grocery stores the last few years. Sometimes I feel like it gets better and then a lot worse when I use things like tea trea. Salicylic acid is great. Clay is great.

If you're in a hurry or not home, you can just wipe down your face with a wet washcloth or paper towels. If I feel gross that sometimes brings it back to normal.
