I could be wrong but I remember the phrase "Now I have a machine gun. Ho Ho Ho" from Die Hard as it was written by John McLean on a dead terrorist - but I cannot remember if it was said out loud - does that matter for this thread - does the line need to be spoken?

This is the correct answer, it was the movie Die Hard and it was a spoken line.  It was read off the shirt by Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman)
