I have some odd scars on my penis. Under the head there is a round flat scar that extends down the shaft to a zig-zaging like scar, and on the edges of me pee hole there is weird scar-like texture that seems to extend off the other scars. I remember when I was a kid, I used to go see a urologist for some reason and he used to ask me questions like do I pee right or does it spray everywhere. I also remember going into to the hospital for some tests with the same doctor when I was really young. I don't know what the tests were for, but they had something to do with the boy parts. I remember when I woke up from the being knocked out, going to pee and it hurting really bad and peeing blood. I asked my mother about it and she just said "it was tests" and wouldn't go any further into it. Sorry if this was graphic. What could this be?

Yeah, I'd look up hypospadias on Wikipedia and other places where you can see pictures and compare. It does sound like you might be describing the aftermath of a surgical alteration of the urethra.

I looked it up and found some images. I have some of the characteristics except for the flat head part. But, it seems that the condition varies. Is hypospadias an intersexed condition?

Not as far as I'm aware.. Just a plain old regular birth defect..

It's usually a distinct birth defect of its own. In very few cases, it can be related to some minor testosterone insensitivity. The grand majority of the time that isn't the case, though.
