I'd be open to a night with Alex Kingston.

I agree, but as she is in England (I guess) and I am in Australia I think it is beyond probability.

I wouldn't mind meeting some of the people from Oz both MTF & FTM

Hugs

I'm an Aussie too, that doesn't stop me from putting her in my 'list of people I'd do incredibly naughty things to'
Where in Aus are you? Please say Melbourne, I need a local friend. :D

Do they have to be humans from this Earth?  I just find anime women so beautiful. For me it would have to be Michiru Kaioh.

I have a crush on one of my daughter's 6th grade teachers. I'm sure it'll pass, but he makes me feel giddy and nervous and happy. I'm not going to post his picture.

I was just reminded that I've always had a mad crush on John Linnell.

Here's him young, when he was just breaking into mainstream success:

And here's him hella changed, recently:

I'd sleep with him in a heartbeat in either state. I'd even celibately do his dishes or clean his carpet or paint his house. His way of moving and his band's lyrical grasp of absurdity and intellect and silliness...he makes me stupid and acquiescent.

The only celeb crush i've ever had was on Kurt Cobain years after he died (i'm 22).
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain, I like watchin' the puddles gather rain.

Despite all my rage, I'm still just a rat in a cage

Idk, it's been years since I've really had a crush on anyone and all my old crushes seem silly to me now  :-\  I guess I'm getting old because I'm more interested in real friendships and superficial infatuation just doesn't do much for me  :P

Hi Melissa,

A belated welcome to Susan's Hope you are finding the information and community that Susa's is famous for.
I'm from the Central Coast. If you're ever in Sydney, you'll have to come out to dinner with us. There's a wonderful group of girls here. There is also the Cafe nights in Newcastle every Tuesday night.

It would be good to catch up over a cuppa. In the meantime, be safe, well and happy

Lotsa huggs
Catherine

Birdhouse makes the hair stand up on my neck, in a very happy way! I remember hearing it for the first time ever whilst driving past a wind turbine on the M25 (another thing that makes my hair stand up in a happy way) and being completely blissed out by it. That was great, I'd never seen the video before, thanks :).

I'm doing some voluntary work at the moment, and there's a young trans woman there who... eek. She's lovely. But I'm old enough to be her mother.

Sigh.

Seeing the American version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (not that I have anything against Rooney Mara, she did alright) reminded me of the terrifying hotness that was Noomi Rapace in that role:

I think part of the reason I'm really liking superficial infatuation (though some of it is kind of an affectation for the fun of it, not actual infatuation) is because I kinda skipped childhood. I was having to be pretty grownup from about age 14.

Plus finally getting to be my own gender is very yay. :icon_joy:

I tried to play it just now but my daughter kept singing over the chorus with "make a little poophouse in your butt." That's considered genius-level high hilarity in her age group, but it got on my nerves.

^----- that :).

Having crushes on cute lesbians makes soooo much more sense now that I'm one (well, one out of two, anyway... ;D).

I didn't have much in the way of a childhood either  :-\   My folks had marital problems and I was expected to 'man up' and take care of my mom and sisters at a young age... I spent most of my time working after school and didn't have much of a social life

There are people I find attractive and I do hope to find that special someone some day, but I'm not holding my breath on it too long
