Last set of pictures for my three months.  Also the last set I'll be posting here.  I may update our site again at 6 months or maybe wait until 12 or even 18 since he suggested that it may be 18 months before my neck work really shows without some degree of swelling.

I had some errands to run in town so I went ahead and dressed nicely today.  When I got home I realized that they would make great 3 month pictures too.  I just put these up on Facebook and will be updating our site later this evening I hope.

My face looks nice.  Stitches still spit on forehead after 5 months.

Jeneva your comment to massage under tongue and chin at same time has helped.  Chin is still numb and full mobility has not yet returned to lower left side of jaw.  I actually have a chin.  I was wondering if I would ever see a chin again.

Nose is settling nicely; however, I continue to have trouble on air flow on right side.  I snore.  Anyone else have breathing difficulties at night?   Dr. Z said I have reached half way point on healing.

I spoke to him last week and he told me I have only healed about 30%. That doesn't seem like much. I'm a little over 3 months post op.

I still feel a couple stitches behind my left ear. My jaw/chin area still feels weird. My hairline and the top of my head has become very itchy.

I haven't had any face stitches in a while, but I did have some for my breast incisions.  Actually my laser tech today was concerned that one was looking less healed, but just a week and a half ago I pulled a 3-4" stitch out.

I can see my chin now, but between my weight and the work he did on my neck I still have a bit of a double chin.  But then before it was more like a double neck   One side of my jaw is still a bit tight, but Seth has been gradually loosening it up.  On our recent road trip when I crossed the mountains in NC headed back to home, my right jaw popped VERY loudly.  It didn't really hurt, but was a bit sore for a day or two.  However that side is totally loosened up now.  I'm just waiting for the left side to pop and it'll be all back to normal mobility wise.  I will say that I've gotten used to eating smaller bites because of it and it has greatly helped my diet.

My nose has been an unbelievable change.  I can breath so much better, but then I had septum issues on one side prior to surgery.  Until allergy season kicked in I could even smell better, but that is gone now since I'm continually stopped up.  I actually used to have periods of sleep apnea before, but it is all gone now.

I have a few that can be felt behind my ears, but Seth said that the visible parts were gone now.  My chin is still numb, but my hairline/top of head is driving me crazy.  I don't get the brief spikes of pain often, but it itches terribly.  I can't wait for it to fully heal and stop itching.

Jeneva my left breast incision continues to spit stitches.  My right breast incision has never spit any stitches.  Both breasts give occasional shooting pains as if a knife just cut them.  I am glad they shrunk two sizes in past five months.

I also had deviated left septum and had sleep apnea.  My left nasal passage is much better but right one is now constricted.

Jen and Jeneva my scalp has been iching for two months.  It is still partially numb about three inches behind scalp incision as I did have scalp advance of about 3/4 inch.

My eyes have been nice for about two months.

Never spit a stitch from under chin but it still has small bumps along incision.

Ears have not spit a stitch in about a month but behind ears still have small bumps and below each ear is a raised sensitive ridge.
