cannot acces my profile

does anyone know how to put a profile picture?i dont see anywhere on the forum to acces my profile...and when i click on someone's profile it says im not allowed to view that section?why?

You get access to your profile, can add an avatar, and post links and pictures etc., once you've made 15 posts - it's our way of weeding out the spambots, nothing personal .
