Interesting! I've noticed that most of the tilapia sold here in the PNW is grown in Vietnamese fish farms and is objectionable due to the cesspool environment outside of FDA oversight.

Eww that is nasty, well I am Vegan now so I don't worry about stuff like that, I guess you need to substitute another whitefish you know to be safe

I usually use Rock Fish caught in the North Pacific    a) Because I like to rock b) Because the Northern Pacific rocks as well c) Rock Fish are a somewhat mild and sweet tasty fish d) All of the above
