home made protein drink...not as bad as it sounds
20 oz container
1/5 cherry juice ( the real stuff)
1/5 green machine or the equivalent
4 table spoons hemp protein ( available at Trader Joes and I think Whole Foods, but who can afford to shop at Whole foods?)
1/5 yogurt
and top off with coconut milk
texture isn't great but the taste is good.
