Perhaps you might consider "Cookie" as a future name possibility!  ;D
How's that now?

Hi ,

For about six days now I am really eating unhealthy , I ate so much cookies and chocolate and drank a lot of fruit juices . I allowed this treat because I underwent a surgery about two weeks ago and also because I am so depressed . Unfortunately I will have to stop this soon , because it is really unhealthy , I am worried including for the recovery and healing of the wounds  .
So what was the last thing I ate / drank ?
The healthy ones :  soy " meat '' and eggs
The sweet ones : cookies , chocolate , fruits and fruit juice .

Technically not "eaten" but pretty close since I put so much in it and it's effectively my breakfast--coffee with a half tablespoon of grass-fed cow butter, a couple tablespoons of MCT oil, two drops of D3, a tiny dash of salt, and a bit of stevia for sweetener.

This brings to mind something I recently read about in the NewYorker, a new powdered food product that just came out on the market named after "Soylent Green" the movie that Charlton Heston stared in several years ago. It looks promising for people on the go and might be ideal for people wanting to maintain a certain weight level.

I have a friend who's really excited about it but I'm a fan of real food, contrary to what my coffee breakfast implies. I just usually am not that hungry for a big breakfast in the morning.

Taka

i like real food too, but still only drink coffee in the morning. with lots of milk. maybe i should try to mix in cocoa powder again, see what it tastes like with stevia sweetener.
