AweSAM!

Is there anything in particular that I should be aware of, which could make things easier for me?

After having a rhinoplasty, how does one avoid doing damaging the result in their sleep? (<-- weird question, I know)

What seems to work best for lessening the look of scarring? (I've heard of Bio-Oil and Kelocote)

For anyone who has had FFS with Dr. Di Maggio; where did you stay, how difficult was it to get around the city, etc.?

Hi there hon,

I had a rhinoplasty in January this year, I was paranoid about damaging my nose, however, for the first 2 weeks you should sleep sat up, that's what I did. After 2 weeks I think the bone is set enough not to be damaged easily. Just be careful you don't knock it and don't wear jumpers etc.. That may catch your nose. Other than that it's not as scary as you think, well the not breathing through nose is the worst thing.

Sadly I was in the 10% of people who have a rhinoplasty that need a revision and I went to one of the UK's top rhinoplasty surgeons.  So I'm going to have a revision but get it done when I get the full works - FFS. As for swelling arnica tablets are good if your surgeon allows for it and for scarring vitamin E oil.

I wish you the best of luck hon and hope you recover speedily.
