Eureka! I found it and promise to let go of this loose thread: TanyaG said we find our way here "after the catharsis and before the synthesis." Ironically, those words were written in a post to someone else which explains why I couldn't find it until I resumed searching for what other people had to say. For me, this was a profound lesson. I will spend more time reading what other people have to say.

Certainly difficult to keep up. 

I find that there are nuggets hidden within strings, that unless I look at each and every unread post I worry to miss out on that gold.

I still need the affirmation of like minded folks with kindred spirits.
