So, my routine is Spiro and E in the morning, and then Spiro again later at night. I took E both times yesterday, so should I skip the E this morning, or take it anyway?

Thanks in advance :)

I think you should take it again, it's not going to make a big difference and as long as you resume back to your normal dosage again nothing will happen.

Not really sure if it's healthy skipping a dosage, given that your body has grown accustomed to the particular time of the day it receives hormones.

Skipping it would probably be less risky than taking it again,, but taking the E again isn't very risky in the first place. To avoid possible irritability, I'd be inclined to continue as scheduled.

Hey, are you talking about some big arse 24/7 Rave party here with all that E-stuff? ;D

I think you should be fine with the E. I accidently OD on spiro and that caused me to break into the hives as well as crazy dehydration.

I've missed doses and most likely taken extra when I didn't recall if I had taken it or not. Its not been a big deal at all, no noticable effects from it at all.

Now my required daily intake of coffee, that's a different story...

Talking double dose E only, which I did for some other reason - and I think I was E dominant too, made me have morning sickness. Projection vomit and then I got better during the afternoon.

Frankly I think that's the worst that can happen and so you'll get an idea what THAT is all about. Not funny if you feel this way for most of the first three month being pregnant. It will give you some empathy to boot honey :-)

Natal pregnant females often get this type of E overdosing (from their ovaries no less) during early pregnancy - and it does not kill or really harm them.
So just relax and go on with your normal regimen.

My 2 cents,
