Making the Change

Girls, I've finally decided to make the change.  I've been taking isoflavones, saw palmetto, lysine and black cohosh.  My breasts are enlarged and my nipples very tender.  What do you recommend I do next?  Susie

Thnaks!  I'd like to see myself in a year living completely out.  As far as going with HRT instead of herbs, even though I feel I've finally crossed the line, I'm still a bit afraid!
