propaganda has been used against everyone here, would you like to balance things out.
prop... is a way of telling the truth in order to highlight certain points you want to be seen without telling any lies.
Bad prop.. is when the facts are broken down into groups; top 10% are facts that portray you in a most favorable light and these are excluded, the middle 80% are facts that tend to be more neutral and they are there to make their point seem more believable, more all inclusive and more thought out. the bottom 10% are the facts that paint you in the worse light and they are then highlighted to make you look as bad as possible.
This can be balanced out by using good propaganda and even though this all seems shifty and decietfull, sometimes when your back is up against the wall and your grabbing at straws it's nice to have something to fall back on.
Good prop is when you highlight the top 10% of things that make you look good and mention the neutral 80% about you for a more full bodied and believeable dialog and the keep the most unflattering 10% of facts about you to yourself. Even if you decide never to do this it's good to be aware of it when yo see it.
