The mind doesn't try to make up problems, no psychiatry book on earth says that, and I've never read any interview that suggests this model is majorly depressed and suicidal about choosing to be a famous model and earning tons of money in the process. He made a life choice, a choice that I am not allowed to make because of my diseases and growth conditions; despite the fact that gender-bending screen acting had been as lifelong dream of mine. Also, I've never read any study that proves meditation does anything more than make someone tired and feeling as though their accomplishing something 'mystic and new age, which stimulates the same region of the brain as religion. Taking a nap or being in a room with someone who is smoking weed does more than that. Having sex does more than that. Being healthy and truly confident does more than that. Making money stimulates the brain more than that. Plus, being depressed, truly depressed, causes a lack of energy and not a energetic anger, so meditating, aka being alone for an hour with no one by your side, stuck in your own brain, is not a good thing. Same thing as cognetive therapy, only works on people who are brain damaged or plain out not truly depressed, billion studies have shown it.
Well, I should say a healthy mind doesn't look for problems. However, that's something most folks don't have, so I'm sure all the old adults here who think "gee I was so immature and stupidly athiest when I was young" only think that way, because like studies also show, parts of the brain deteriorate by the time folks are 30, mostly the regions responsible for believing in fact over religion. (Which is why only young children and old adults fall for religious crap, teenagers and young adults just care about sex and bodily health, which is what the healthiesr minds are designed to do.) A good example is that a teenager, if given the chance, will fix traits acne, weight problems, craniofacial deformities, heart disease, cancer, things like that, in order to fulfill their dreams, while most adults will pray and say "I'm born this way, I happy bowing down to religion and a country where communism works by what you're born looking like."
