program on now with old guy visiting steam train works as old railways are now big biz in England.
he's bemoaning how automation and loss of old industries has taken away traditional jobs.
he complains to another old guy; 'Tech schools threw out all their lathes and machines. Can you imagine boys doing catering and cooking!' and he wasn't joking.
